About the Owner

Property Maintenance, Inc. is owned by Deanna Alfredo and is a 100% woman-owned enterprise. Ms. Alfredo has been intimately involved in all aspects of real estate since 1999. Her experience translates to knowledgeable, expert service delivered by dedicated professionals.

Ms. Alfredo currently holds the position of Secretary and Board Member with the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS). Ms. Alfredo actively volunteers her time and efforts to improve the membership’s professionalism and education regarding the property preservation industry.
